What we guarantee
- If your Google Business Profile has at least 12 months of call history: your profile gets more calls in your 90 days than it did in either the 90 days before, or the same 90 days last year, whichever is lower. We count taps on your profile's call button, as Google reports them, for both periods.
- If you're a remodeler, or your profile is new or has less than 12 months of history: at least 5 real calls or inquiries in your 90 days.
When the 90 days start
When call and form tracking is live on your site and Google profile. If we're setting up a new profile, the 90 days start once Google verifies it, which can take a few days to a few weeks. We'll send you the start date in writing.
What counts toward the 5
A real person asking about a service you offer, in your area, by phone call, form, or text. Past customers asking about new work count. For remodelers, any project inquiry counts, whatever the budget.
These don't count:
- Spam, robocalls, and people selling something to you
- Current customers calling about a job already underway
- Job seekers and vendors
- Wrong numbers
- The same person contacting you again within 7 days (they count once)
A missed call counts if the caller left a voicemail, replied to our text, or called back. You can see every call recording, transcript, and form we count, and you can flag any you think we got wrong.
If we miss, you choose
- A refund of the Search + Reputation fees you paid for those 90 days ($3,570 at list price), paid within 30 days, or
- Search + Reputation free until we hit the number. Either of us can end the free period at any time, and you still get the refund.
Website + Basic SEO keeps billing either way, since your site and tracking keep working for you.
What we need from you
- Keep us as a manager on your Google profile, and keep our tracking numbers on your profile and site.
- No other company editing your profile or site during the 90 days.
- Approve or decline each batch of review requests within 5 business days, or switch on auto-approve. (We ask every customer, or a random sample, for a review. We never pick only the happy ones.)
- Keep Website + Basic SEO and Search + Reputation active and paid for the full 90 days. Canceling early ends the guarantee.
- Stay open and taking work in your area. If your business pauses, the 90 days pause too.
Leaving
- No contract required. Cancel any time, effective at the end of your current billing month. No exit fee.
- You own your domain, your Google profile, your content, and your site's code.
- Your forms keep working, free, with no end date. Submissions keep arriving in your email.
- Your phone numbers come with you, free.
- Call recordings, transcripts, the dashboard, and the CRM stop when you leave. You can export that data any time before then.
Paying ahead
Pay 12 months ahead and get 10% off. Prepaid fees are non-refundable after the 90-day guarantee period. A guarantee refund covers the Search + Reputation share of what you actually paid.
These are our launch terms. If we change them, the change never applies to a guarantee period that has already started.
